Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on an independent contractor basis. This position is PRN (pro re nata), meaning flexible hours will be scheduled based on patient needs and clinic demand. You will receive full training on our systems and be part of a collaborative, professional care team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care for accident-related injuries
- Document progress and outcomes using our EHR system
- Educate patients on movement techniques, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with clinical staff and referring providers for integrated patient care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
- EHR experience preferred (training provided)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: PRN basis
- Compensation: Hourly rate, commensurate with experience
